Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Architect in Redhill, Singapore. You will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate multiple projects, and oversee contract administration to align with design intent and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in architecture and a minimum of four years of relevant experience, with a preference for industrial projects such as data centres and dormitories. Monday–Friday work hours and on-site location at Redhill.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience
• Preferably with experience in industrial projects, particularly data centres and dormitories

Responsibilities

• Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
• Administered construction contracts to ensure projects were executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation accurately and professionally to meet project requirements.
