Job summary

JOB LIONS PTE. LTD., an established Architectural Consultant firm in the town area of Singapore, invites applications for a Project Architect role.

You will lead design conceptualization, formulate project briefs, and prepare building plans for regulatory submissions. You will manage tender processes, contract and construction activities, ensure compliance with local codes, and oversee handover procedures (TOP/CSC).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software; strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate project brief and design concepts.
• Prepare and submit building plans and clearances.
• Provide architectural details & specifications.
• Assist in tender process.
• Contract and construction management; TOP & CSC procedures; handover.

• Formulate and provide Architectural details & specifications
• Assist in tender process
• Contract and construction management
• TOP & CSC procedures including completion/ handover of project

What you will need as Project Architect:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecturefrom a recognized university.
• Minimum of 2 yearsof relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
