Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives within a public healthcare context at One-North. The role focuses on delivering projects from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational needs.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, drive innovative solutions, and lead change management while maintaining governance, budgets, and reliable IT operations to support excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Projects: Manage and deliver technology projects supporting healthcare operations, from planning and testing through to implementation and rollout.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business and operational stakeholders across departments and institutions to develop IT solutions that enable seamless and efficient service delivery.
• Drive Technology Innovation: Explore emerging technologies and identify opportunities to apply innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.
• Support Change & Adoption: Lead change initiatives by engaging stakeholders, communicating effectively, and supporting the adoption of new technologies, systems, and processes.
• Oversee IT Operations: Manage day-to-day IT activities to ensure reliable operations, governance, compliance, budget control, and effective resource utilisation.

• At least 4 - 5 years’ IT project management, IT solutioning experience, preferably in the healthcare industry

• Experience with leading a team will be a strong advantage
