• Procure and order materials; ensure timely delivery to office or site.
• Prepare, track, and follow up on project final accounts.
• Liaise with main contractors and project teams to resolve discrepancies and settle accounts.
• Support QS and project team with general admin and coordination tasks.
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties.
