The role involves sourcing and negotiating materials for projects, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and maintaining purchase orders and inventory records. Candidates should have 1–2 years in related procurement or coordination, strong negotiation and organisation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in construction, hardware, or aluminum & glass procurement or coordination.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and supplies for projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, inventory, and project requirements.
• Assist in project coordination and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor stock levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid delays.
