Job summary

ARITZ CARPENTRY PTE. LTD. is seeking a project coordinator to collaborate with project and design teams, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery, and to manage client communications. You will prepare quotations, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and assist management with operational tasks.

You will create and modify project drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp to support design and construction needs, contributing to smooth project execution and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil, architectural, or design-related fields.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of renovation and carpentry skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate outstanding tasks and summarize project reports for management review
