Job summary

SIONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting assistant to support our building maintenance and conservancy projects in Singapore.

You will prepare and update 2D/3D layout drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD, and assist the project team with documentation and reporting. Responsibilities include coordinating with site supervisors and clients on schedules and drawing revisions, maintaining filing systems, and providing general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma/certificate in Civil/Mechanical/Drafting or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Prior experience in estate/building maintenance, conservancy, or construction works is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
