Job summary

Singapore Gold Mantis International Development Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Project Drafter to support interior fit-out projects by producing accurate shop drawings. You will collaborate with design, project, and site teams to ensure timely submissions that meet specifications and codes, and you will maintain version control and organized records.

Candidates should have a Diploma/Certificate in Architectural Drafting or Interior Design and 5+ years of drafting experience, with AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Architectural Drafting, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
• 5+ years of drafting experience, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
• Ability to read and understand construction and M&E drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce shop drawings, including layout plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings for interior fit-out projects.

• Update and revise drawings as needed to reflect site changes, client feedback, or authority requirements.
