Job summary

Konnection Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a diligent Project Admin to coordinate administrative work for construction projects, including purchase orders, invoicing, and document control. The role works closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and compliant.

You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, basic GCE 'N' level or equivalent, and proficient MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

Construction industry experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate project administrative work – Purchase Order.
Prepare monthly tax invoices and sub-contractor payments.
Update submission documents and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
Prepare and submit monthly project progress claims and invoices.
Assist in material sourcing and compile quotations.
Support external and internal departments.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the project administrative work - Purchase Order
Monthly Tax Invoices and sub-contractors’ payment certifications
Manage and update all submission documents and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
Preparing and submitting monthly project progress claims and follow through on invoices
Assist in material sourcing and compilation of quotations from various vendors and subcontractors
Support, communicate, and coordinate with external and internal departments

Authority

Assist in other ad-hoc duties when required

Academic Qualification

Min GCE 'N' level or any other recognized qualification of the same equivalent

Skills & Experience

Prior exposure in construction industry is preferred
Ability to work independently and target oriented and able to contribute as part of a team
Good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
Minimum 2 Years’ Experience In Relevant Fields
IT savvy & well-versed in Microsoft Word & Excel
Organized, detail-oriented, multitask, priorities and meet the deadlines as needed
