Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of engineers to support project execution from validation through implementation
• Drive continuous improvement in team performance and technical capability
• Ensure device programming and graphical interface development meet project specifications
• Offer guidance during system testing and commissioning activities as needed
• Advise on the creation and submission of operation and maintenance manuals when required
• Maintain updated software and database files, ensuring regular backups to the office server
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Control, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with energy management, HVAC, chiller plant, or building management systems is an advantage
• Skills in IT networking and programming (e.g., function block, structured language, or HTML5) are beneficial
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LONTalk
