Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline is required.
• Experience in programme coordination or project administration is preferred.
• Budget tracking, reporting, and documentation skills are required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Programme and Project Management teams.
• Support monthly budget control and tracking for the programme; assist with finance reporting.
• Coordinate Senior Management review meetings, including scheduling, materials, minute-taking, and action tracking.
