Qualifications

• Degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline is required.
• Experience in psychology, counselling, social work, behavioural sciences or programme management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programmes and supporting frameworks.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and onboarding activities.
• Manage programme operations and participant engagement.
• Organise engagement, cohesion and appreciation activities.
• Review programme effectiveness and improve processes.
• Support training, psychological first aid and participant well-being initiatives.
• Work with internal stakeholders to provide professional support and consultation.
• Support other related projects and initiatives as assigned.

Salary: $3,880 - $4,816/month

Contract: 1-Year Contract | Immediate Start

Hours: 42 hours/week
