Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services seeks a psychology research professional to develop and review scam assessment programmes, design research tools, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses. Qualifications

  • Degree in Psychology or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in psychology, behavioural sciences, research or related fields; forensic or victim-support experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in research and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and proficiency in statistical software.
  • Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Strong written and spoken English with good analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and review of scam assessment and support programmes.

  • Prepare technical and academic reports for internal and potential publication purposes.

  • Support trauma-informed practices in policing, particularly in victimology.
  • Support training and assessment activities for relevant courses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

1 year (Immediate)

42 hours per week
