The Singapore Institute of Directors is seeking a capable programme operations professional to support the Vice President, Accreditation & Professional Development. You will drive project plans, engage stakeholders and lead the design of training materials and tools.
You will monitor programme performance, stay current on governance trends, and manage relationships with faculty and knowledge partners to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of programmes.
About the role
You will support the Vice President, Accreditation & Professional Development in executing project management plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading programme design and development.
Key responsibilities
Execute project management plans for SID's suite of programmes such as the Board Readiness Programme (BRP) and high-touch workshops as well as webinars.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including sector agencies, knowledge partners, and external vendors, to obtain buy-in and support for programme initiatives.
Lead the design and development of programme materials, such as training materials, resources, and tools.
Monitor and evaluate programme performance against established metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to ensure success.
Stay up-to-date on board and directorship trends and best practices, recommending adjustments to programme development strategies as necessary.
Manage relationships with faculty and knowledge partners to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of programmes.
Track and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals on key programme metrices, programme updates and achievements with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide secretariat duties to SID Committees including supporting the agenda and activities of the Committee.
Support SID in the strengthening of any internal functional processes, e.g., in preparation or compliance to audit or ISO Certification.
About you
Minimum 2 years of experience in learning/training and business operations, preferably programme operations.
Experience in managing or developing digital e-Learning or administering training with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
Good business acumen or a willingness to develop learn.
Prior experience in account management.
Possesses competencies in the areas of project management, and programme development.
Customer service focus.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proactive and self-directed, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships.
