Job summary

Montfort Care in Singapore seeks a Programme Executive to implement initiatives aligned with our community goals and development plans. You will establish partnerships, identify trends, and coordinate with organisations to achieve programme objectives.

Responsibilities include community outreach, volunteer guidance, and ensuring adherence to budgeting and KPI targets, while supporting reporting and ad-hoc duties as needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Possess Degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience in events or programmes design, planning and implementation will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish links and partnerships with relevant agencies to determine programme requirements.
• Identify upcoming trends affecting programme success.
• Follow best practices and new methodologies to enhance programme impact.
• Plan and collaborate with other organisations to achieve programme goals.
• Support Reporting Officer in reviewing alignment of programme to centre objectives.
• Support Reporting Officer in reviewing effectiveness of programmes.
