Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong project management, time management and organizational skills demonstrated through managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse community stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data tracking, budget monitoring and applying programme evaluation methodologies.
• Adaptable problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure programme success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor community outreach and client support programmes to meet organizational goals.
• Manage daily program operations, including logistics, budget utilization, and resource allocation to ensure smooth delivery.
• Coordinate volunteer recruitment, orientation, engagement, and retention to maintain a committed volunteer base.
• Build and sustain strong partnerships with community groups, grassroots organizations, and corporate sponsors to support programme objectives.
• Collect and analyze operational data to evaluate programme outcomes and prepare detailed reports for leadership and funders.
• Organize workshops, public events, and group activities to increase awareness and support for social service initiatives.
• Implement continuous workflow improvements to enhance programme efficiency and client satisfaction.
