Job summary

Aventis Graduate School in Singapore is seeking a Programme Consultant to guide prospective students and help them select courses that align with their educational and career goals, driving enrollments and contributing to a dynamic learning environment.

You will follow up on leads via phone and WhatsApp, promote programs to meet enrollment targets, provide detailed course information, assist with the enrollment process, and maintain ongoing guidance for learners throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey program value to stakeholders and learners.
• Ability to build interpersonal relationships and collaborate within a team environment.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Passion for the education and training industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and enquiries about courses via phone and WhatsApp to convert prospects into enrolled students
• Promote and market educational programs to meet or exceed student enrollment targets and quotas
• Provide detailed course information, including content, requirements, and outcomes, to help learners make informed decisions
• Assist learners with the enrollment process by guiding them through application forms, transcript submission, and fee payment
• Maintain regular communication with learners to address queries and provide ongoing guidance throughout their learning journey
• Conceptualize, support, and participate in marketing campaigns, recruitment, and corporate outreach activities to enhance program visibility
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, trainers, and team members to ensure a seamless educational experience for learners
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Adapt to evolving sales and marketing strategies to optimize student recruitment efforts
