Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled PSB Portfolio & Project Planner to provide expertise in cross-business portfolio, program, and project management. The role requires developing and implementing global management guidelines, analyzing performance across portfolios, and guiding senior management in the efficient use of project management tools. You will be a key partner in supporting integrated planning, stakeholder reporting, and steering committee meetings while ensuring compliance with global standards.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a highly international environment, collaborating with experts across APAC, EMEA, and NALA regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cross-BU global Portfolio / Program / Project Management guidelines, processes, and tools aligned with international standards (ISO, ICB 4.0).
  • Analyze and benchmark global and regional portfolios, programs, and projects using standardized performance indicators (SPI, CPI, NCC).
  • Escalate portfolio issues to relevant committees as required.
  • Collect, analyze, and distribute lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in portfolio performance.
  • Guide senior management in effective use of project management tools and tailor reporting for stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key user supporting Program and Project Managers on project management systems.
Qualifications
  • Master’s / Diploma degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Program / Project Manager, ideally in an EPC environment.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP landscape (PPM, BW, SAC, CEC).
  • Proven knowledge of Portfolio / Program / Project Management (e.g., IPMA certification).
  • Strong expertise in process management and KPI systems.
  • Proficiency in English with exceptional communication skills (senior management & working-level).
  • Understanding of Asian cultures and business practices.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in diverse, global teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Exposure to large-scale EPC projects in APAC.
  • Additional project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Familiarity with cross-functional governance models.
