The role focuses on driving cross-functional alignment, managing operational risks, and ensuring manufacturing readiness and delivery performance across ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, material management, and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and drive issue resolution without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage operational risks including shortages, constraints, capacity, and delays.
• Lead issue resolution and recovery planning to protect delivery commitments.
• Track milestones, actions, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Provide regular program status updates to stakeholders and management.

As part of business expansion, they are looking to hire a Program Manager/Project Manager to serve as the operational link between manufacturing, engineering and supply chain to ensure smooth execution and delivery of key business objectives.

The Role

This is an individual contributor role focused on driving cross-functional alignment, managing operational risks, and ensuring manufacturing readiness and delivery performance across ongoing programs.

• Identify and manage operational risks, including material shortages, supplier constraints, capacity limitations, and schedule delays.
• Lead issue resolution and recovery planning to mitigate execution risks and protect delivery commitments.
• Track project milestones, key action items, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and management.
• Drive accountability across teams and facilitate alignment to achieve business objectives.

The Talent

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Program Management, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Manufacturing Execution.
