Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead manufacturing programs with a focus on planning, execution, and delivery.
You will oversee end-to-end operations, collaborate across operations, engineering, and supply chain, and drive on-time results in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5–10+ years in program management within manufacturing settings, strong communication, and risk management skills, plus ERP system proficiency.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand strategic priorities, service expectations, and evolving needs.
Oversee day-to-day order execution and delivery coordination
Collaborate with cross-functional partners including operations, engineering, supply chain, and logistics to achieve fulfillment and performance targets
Lead cross-team problem-solving efforts to address risks, bottlenecks, and operational disruptions.
Assess demand trends and anticipate supply limitations, implementing proactive measures to reduce impact.
Track progress of projects and programs, providing structured updates on scope, cost, and timelines.
Optimize resource utilization across initiatives to maintain execution efficiency and operational stability.
Support broader business priorities through additional operational and program-related responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
5–10+ years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environments.
Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, including planning, materials management, and production workflows.
Demonstrated experience driving schedules, managing risks, and delivering programs on time and within scope.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in ERP systems and program management tools.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
