Job summary

Ichor Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead manufacturing programs with a focus on planning, execution, and delivery.

You will oversee end-to-end operations, collaborate across operations, engineering, and supply chain, and drive on-time results in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 5–10+ years in program management within manufacturing settings, strong communication, and risk management skills, plus ERP system proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in program or project management within manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, including planning, materials management, and production workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience driving schedules, managing risks, and delivering programs on time and within scope.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, changing environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and program management tools.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.

  • Track progress of projects and programs, providing structured updates on scope, cost, and timelines.
  • Optimize resource utilization across initiatives to maintain execution efficiency and operational stability.
  • Support broader business priorities through additional operational and program-related responsibilities as assigned.
