Job summary

HURON CONSULTING ASIA-PACIFIC PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large consulting engagements, focusing on multi-pillar global finance transformation programs and ERP/EPM deployments (Oracle/Workday).

You will drive project plans, supplier coordination, and client relationships, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Oracle Cloud familiarity is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in a large consulting environment.
• Experience leading multi-pillar global finance transformation projects and implementing ERP & EPM systems (Oracle or Workday).
• Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
• Ability to operate effectively within a matrix leadership organization.
• Proven ability to communicate project updates and findings clearly and concisely.
• Desirable certifications: PMP.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated consulting experience in leading multi-pillar global finance transformation projects and implementing ERP & EPM systems (Oracle or Workday). Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
