Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in a large consulting environment.
• Experience leading multi-pillar global finance transformation with ERP/EPM systems (Oracle or Workday).
• Strong PM methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities; scope/schedule/budget control.
• Experience in risk management and change management.
• Comfort working in a matrix leadership organization.

Job Description

• Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with client expectations.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.

• Manage project resources, forecasting and variance and budgeting.

• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, providing leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and quality standards.

• Lead multi-pillar global finance transformation projects, including the implementation of ERP, EPM systems (Oracle). Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.

• Operate effectively within a matrix leadership organization, collaborating across functions and geographies.
  

  Requirements:
  

  • Bachelor's / Master degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience of 10+ years in project management within a large consulting environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated consulting experience in leading multi-pillar global finance transformation projects and implementing ERP & EPM systems (Oracle or Workday). Oracle Cloud experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.

  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.

  • Ability to operate effectively within a matrix leadership organization.

  • Proven ability to communicate project updates and findings clearly and concisely.
