Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of enterprise technology projects in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage key stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include leading multi-workstream transformations, budgeting, resource management, and governance. A strong background in IT project management with HR tech platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management or enterprise technology implementation experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise HR technology solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies and end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
• Proven experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

• Oversee multiple project workstreams and complex transformation initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor project financials, resource allocation, and overall delivery performance.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring delivery excellence.

• Proven experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in consulting, system integration, or enterprise software implementation environments is preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programmes and senior executive stakeholders is advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
