Job summary

IHH Healthcare Bhd is seeking an Executive in the Project Management Office to lead the Oracle Fusion implementation across functions in multiple countries. The role also drives business process transformation through a Global Business Service center with a global partner.

You will coordinate reviews, negotiations, and CxO engagements, translate data into compelling presentations, and work with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Job description

An Executive in the Project Management Office which leads the implementation of Oracle Fusion across various functions in multiple countries. In addition, the Project Management Office leads the transformation of business processes through the set-up of a Global Business Service center with a global partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively across review workshops, strategic discussions, negotiations, CxO engagements, and drive alignment, clarity and accountability with a strong focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to build and run complex simulations in Excel and translate data into clear, concise and compelling presentations.
• Leverage on PowerPoint and other tools to tell a fact-based story, connecting analytics and computations to meaningful insights, recommendations and decisions.
• Work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders across levels, countries and functions.
• Able to hold a strong position on process, content and data while engaging stakeholders constructively to achieve agreed objectives.
• Work collaboratively in an intense, collegial and high-performance environment, while remaining laser-focused on deliverables and quality of outcomes.
• Demonstrates strong initiative, curiosity and a results-oriented mindset.
