Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD. is seeking an on-site Program Manager to orchestrate client-facing programs from POC to full-scale rollout.

You will own governance reporting, delivery cadence, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. You will oversee feature implementations, onboarding, configuration, model tuning, and go-live support while maintaining security, compliance, and regulatory alignment for the client.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or senior project management experience in fintech or financial crime tech.
• Strong understanding of fraud, AML, or financial crime ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and coordinating roadmaps/releases.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate large-scale programs including POC to full-scale deployments.
• Oversee delivery of Featurespace implementations, onboarding, configuration, model tuning, and go-live support.
• Own end-to-end program governance: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence.
• Coordinate client, vendor, and internal teams for on-schedule delivery of program outcomes.
• Ensure deployments meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements from client perspective.
• Manage program budgets, resource planning, and vendor dependencies to ensure cost and delivery efficiency.
• Implement program governance frameworks and delivery playbooks across fraud technology initiatives.
• Contribute to internal capability building and delivery methodology evolution.

Program Leadership & Delivery

• Program orchestration and cross-teamcoordination oflarge‑scale, multi‑phase programs involvingdeployments(POC & full-scale implementation)




• Overseedelivery ofFeaturespaceimplementations, including onboarding, configuration, model tuning, and go‑live support




• Ownend‑to‑end program governance, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery cadence.Act as the primary client-facing interface and provide a clear escalation and coordination point for queries, clarifications and follow-ups.Ensure the client has a predictable engagement rhythm (early emphasis on high touch, thenoptimisation)




• Coordinate multiple project teamsfrom client and third-partyto ensure integrated,on‑schedule delivery of programoutcomes




• Ensure deployments meetsecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirementsfrom client perspective




• Manageprogram budgets, resource planning, and vendor dependenciesto ensure optimal cost and delivery efficiency




• Implement program governance frameworks, delivery playbooks, and best practices across fraud technology initiatives




• Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge sharing, and delivery methodology evolution

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience inprogram or senior project managementwithin fintech, payments, banking, or financial crime technology




• Goodunderstanding offraud, AML, or financial crime ecosystemswithin financial institutions




• Hands‑on experience withAgile delivery methodologies, including coordinating product roadmaps and release cycles




• Experience working with data‑driven or machine‑learning platforms is strongly preferred
