Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Corporate Treasury professional to support the COO team by framing methodologies, strategies, and policy options for capital and pricing engines, while delivering concise analyses for senior management.

You will collaborate with Finance and CT teams, develop analytics, models, and reports, and help drive budgeting and scorecard processes. This role demands strong communication and analytical skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Frame and articulate methodology, strategy, or policy options for corporate treasury (CT) and conduct analysis to advise CT teams and bank stakeholders.
• Articulate strategic and policy options for senior management review with concise, well-researched outputs.
• Prepare presentations, policy documents and meeting materials clearly and concisely.
• Partner with CT teams to plan, scope, and project manage initiatives including data sourcing and analytical modeling.
• Collaborate with CT and Finance teams to scope and execute key projects end-to-end.

Job description

Support the Corporate Treasury COO team in the following:

• Frame and articulate methodology, strategy, or policy options for CT, and conduct analysis, research, and synthesis to do so; advise other CT teams and bank stakeholders on key methodologies owned by CT (e.g. Capital Benefit, Pricing Engine, etc.)
• Articulates and frames strategic and policy options in a well-researched, comprehensive yet concise way for senior management review
• Prepares presentations, policy documents and meeting materials in a way that is concise, comprehensive and clear
• Partner with other CT teams to plan, scope, and project manage initiatives - including data sourcing and management, problem-solving with stakeholders and analytical modeling in a spreadsheet or other database tool (e.g. recovery contingency planning, internal audit, as product owner of Pricing Engine, for hedging strategy, etc)
• Collaborate with CT teams, Finance teams, and teams across the Bank to scope and execute key projects end-to-end
• Generate hypotheses, source supporting data, build analytical models, problem-solve data issues, industrialize analytics and automate reporting
• Deliver on CT business management processes, such as performance measurement / scorecard-setting (e.g. Value scorecard process)
• Collaborate with CT teams to prepare senior management presentations (e.g. regulatory briefings, directors' briefing notes, etc.)
• Updates CT value scorecard quarterly and leads integration into overall Group Finance budgeting and scorecard review / scorecard-setting process

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience: Project Management / Consulting / Business Management roles
• Effective team player and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
• Ability to problem-solve issues and comfortable operating in highly dynamic environment
