Job summary

HELIUS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Corporate Treasury COO team on strategic initiatives, analytics, and project coordination in a banking setting.

You will develop and analyze policies, prepare materials for senior management, and coordinate across Treasury, Finance, and other internal teams. The role emphasizes data handling, model building in Excel, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Banking, Treasury, Finance, Risk, Strategy, Business Management or Analytics would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with data, analytical models and management reporting.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Good stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Exposure to Corporate Treasury, ALM, liquidity, FTP/pricing, financial markets or treasury projects would be an advantage.
• Experience with data analytics or reporting automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to support Corporate Treasury strategies, methodologies and policies.
• Assist in developing and evaluating strategic and policy options for management review.
• Prepare senior management presentations, policy documents, briefing notes and meeting materials.
• Coordinate and support projects across Corporate Treasury, Finance and other internal teams.
• Support project planning, scoping, data sourcing and management.
• Build analytical models using Excel and/or database tools.
• Analyse data, identify issues and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support initiatives involving pricing methodologies, hedging strategies, recovery contingency planning and internal audit.
• Support the improvement and automation of analytics and reporting processes.
• Assist with performance measurement, scorecard tracking and budgeting processes.
• Prepare materials for regulatory and senior management briefings.
• Track project deliverables and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
