Job summary

RED ALPHA CYBERSECURITY PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Professional Services Consultant to lead enterprise network and security engagements. You will design, implement, migrate and optimise complex security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

This customer-facing role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and independent management of engagements from planning through implementation.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in IP-based networks, design, security, or related professional services.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching and load balancing.
• Knowledge of firewall, VPN, IPS, antivirus and application control.
• Experience with TCP/IP, networking protocols and cybersecurity concepts.
• Hands-on with enterprise firewall and network security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional services engagements for enterprise customers following standards.
• Provide technical consultancy on network and security solutions.
• Implement, migrate, upgrade and optimise enterprise network security.
• Support enterprise accounts and perform technical account management when needed.
• Develop MOPs and LLDs based on customer requirements.
• Develop test plans and test new features prior to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security issues and resolve them.
• Conduct technical workshops and product training for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Support and Product teams for delivery.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach across engagements.

We are looking for an experiencedProfessional Services Consultantwith a strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, and network security.

The successful candidate willbe responsible fordelivering professional services engagements forenterprise customers, including the design, implementation, integration, migration, optimisation, and troubleshooting of network security solutions across complex on-premises and cloud environments.

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage technical engagements from planning through implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver professional services engagements for enterprise customersin accordance withestablished technical and service delivery standards.
• Provide technical consultancy and recommendations on network and security solutions.
• Implement, integrate, migrate, upgrade, and optimise enterprise-grade network security solutions within complex network environments.
• Support key enterprise accounts and provide technical account management whererequired.
• DevelopMethods of Procedure (MOP),Low-Level Designs (LLD)and other technical documentation based on customer requirements.
• Develop test plans and conduct testing of new features, configurations, and solutions prior to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex network and security-related issues and provideappropriate resolutions.
• Conduct technical workshops and product training for customers whererequired.
• Work closely with internal Sales, Engineering, Support and Product teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout all engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–8+ years of experiencein IP-based networks, network design, network security, or related professional services roles.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies includingrouting,switchingand load balancing.
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies includingfirewalls, VPN, IPS, Anti-Virus and Application Control.
• Strong understanding ofTCP/IP, networkprotocolsand cybersecurity concepts.
• Hands-on experience implementing, migrating,upgradingand optimisingenterprise-gradefirewalland network security platforms.
• Experience working with complex enterprise network environments and centralised security management platforms.
• Experience withWindows and Linux operating systems.
• Good Linux command-line knowledge would beadvantageous.
• Experience with virtualised security environments, multi-domain security management and scalable security platforms would beadvantageous.
• Relevantnetworking or cybersecurity certificationsare preferred.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools such asAnsiblewould beadvantageous.
• Experience withcloud security and endpoint security solutionswould be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong customer-facing and post-sales consulting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
