Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in network infrastructure, network security, or firewall implementation projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, firewall policies, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience configuring enterprise routers, switches, firewalls, and network security appliances.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet products is required.
• Experience with Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, or Juniper is advantageous.
• Able to diagnose and resolve complex network and security incidents independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning, deployment, configuration, testing, and implementation of enterprise network infrastructure and firewall projects.
• Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network security devices.
• Implement and provide advanced technical support for network and security solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex network, firewall, security, and connectivity issues.
• Support firewall policy configuration, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, and related network services.
• Support Day 2 Maintenance for the implemented networks. Shift work will be required.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful project implementation and delivery.
• Participate in site surveys, technical discussions, solution implementation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including HLD/LLD, diagrams, implementation plans, MOP, test plans/reports, and procedures.
• Provide UAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover activities; ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to customers and internal teams; offer post-implementation support.

• Ensure implemented solutions comply with organizational cybersecurity policies, customer requirements, and industry security best practices.
• Provide technical knowledge transfer and training to customers and internal support teams.
• Provide post-implementation troubleshooting and technical support when required.

Requirements
