Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Production Technician for a multinational medical devices company in Singapore. Shift: Permanent Morning 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM, Monday to Friday, with basic salary up to S$3,300 plus S$150 transport allowance and meal provided.

You will perform production activities, weigh and mix materials, handle packaging, and ensure compliance with ISO quality management and safety standards. Prior experience and forklift knowledge will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Min GCE O Level / Nitec or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of related working experience, preferably in chemical process related industry / production factory.
• Forklift license preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform all production activities at various stages in ISO Quality Management System and applicable safety standards.
• Weighing, mixing, filter preparation, filling and packaging.
• Completion of all associated production records in accordance with good documentation practices.
• Transfer of raw and packaging materials as well as finished products.
• Perform housekeeping and first-level troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
• Equipment and area cleaning on regular intervals.
• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives within Production.
• Handle non-routine duties as assigned by senior technicians or Production supervisor.

• Perform all production activities at various stages and to work as a team with other production personnel to achieve production targets in accordance with ISO Quality Management System and applicable safety standards.

• Production Processes

• Weighing, mixing, filter preparation, filling and packaging.

• Completion of all associated production records in accordance with good documentation pratices

• Transfer of raw and packaging materials as well as finished products

• General Duties

• Perform house-keeping and first-level trouble-shooting of equipment as needed.

• Equipment and area cleaning on regular intervals.

• Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

• Work on continuous improvement initiatives within Production.

• Handle non-routine duties as assigned by senior technicians or Production supervisor.

Requirements

• Min GCE O Level / Nitec or equivalent

• Min 3 years of related working experience, preferably in chemical process related industry / production factory

• Computer literate (MS Office) and knowledge of Chemistry preferred

• Experience in material handling with forklift or maintenance will be an advantage

• Forklift License preferred
