Job summary

The GMP Group in Singapore is seeking a production operative to meet daily targets while upholding quality and safety standards in a cleanroom environment.

You will follow work instructions, perform material preparation, assist during machine stoppages, and use MES transactions. We offer shift rotations, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• ITE graduates with Nitec or Higher Nitec qualifications.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear PPE.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards and compliance with procedures.
• Follow production specifications, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols.
• Perform material preparation and support production activities.
• Provide first-line assistance during machine stoppages and minor operational issues.
• Carry out MES transactions such as Split/Merge Lot, Hold/Release Lot, and other system updates.
• Conduct document checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Assist in preparing production reports, including output, WIP, and attendance reports.
• Maintain good housekeeping and line discipline in the production area.
• Adhere to safety regulations and quality requirements at all times.
