As a Technician lll you are tasked to operate automated manufacturing equipment to produce, package and sterilize contact lenses ensuring products produced are of acceptable quality level at Tuas.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Operate 1 DSM Flex line together with team to manufacture quality products.
Operate Autoclave machine for the sterilization of contact lenses.
Perform lot changes and maintenance of DSM Flex lines.
Ensure good 5S standards, batch documentation completeness in accordance to procedures for DSM Flex lines and supporting equipment such as autoclaves.
Initiate and execute at least 1 Kaizen idea per year.

Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma
Experience in GMP controlled manufacturing/production environment is an advantage
Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts (Monthly rotation from day to night shift and vice versa)
This is a 1 year contract with possibility to be renewed or converted to permanent position
