Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ NITEC in Mechanical /Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• Min 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industry in a maintenance/ similar role troubleshooting equipment and machines
• Experience in cleanroom preferred
• Able to work office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle highly complex technical tasks to support production operations and enhance efficiency
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards
• Monitor output quality to identify and address faulty products; maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Make significant decisions within task scope, requiring advanced technical skills
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations for business alignment
• Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following SOPs and maintaining documentation
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
