Job summary

Nala Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an SMT production operator to run equipment for solder paste printing, chip mounting and reflow, following SOPs and work instructions. Responsibilities

• Operate SMT production equipment according to SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Operate and monitor equipment for solder paste printing, chip mounting, and reflow processes.
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance.
• Carry out product assembly and production activities.
• Perform basic visual and functional inspections using SPI, AOI, and AXI equipment.
• Perform feeder loading and unloading.
• Monitor production processes and report any defects, abnormalities, or equipment issues.
