Job summary

Nala Employment Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced SMT Equipment Engineer to operate, install, set up and maintain SMT machinery at Boon Lay. You will work a 44-hour week (5 days) and join a high-volume PCB assembly environment.

You will carry out PM/CM, troubleshoot downtime, monitor UPH/OEE, calibrate equipment, and support FAT/SAT activities while collaborating with Production and Process teams to optimise performance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SMT machine/equipment engineering experience.
• Experience in a high-volume SMT/PCB assembly manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Understanding of UPH, OEE, uptime and equipment performance.
• Able to work closely with Production and Process Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate, install, set up, and maintain SMT equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM).
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and minimise production downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance, uptime, throughput, and OEE.

• Support continuous improvement of SMT equipment and production processes.
