Crew in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to guide and mentor a team of Production Associates on the shop floor. You will monitor output, quality and safety, and prepare daily performance reports to drive improvements.

During the training period you will work Monday to Friday, then rotate through three shifts. You must have 2–3 years’ leadership experience in manufacturing and be comfortable with ISO/5S standards and line balancing.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience leading a production/manufacturing team.
• Knowledge of production processes, ISO documentation and quality control.
• Familiarity with takt time, manpower planning and line balancing.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Willing to work rotating 3 shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach a team of Production Associates to meet daily targets.
• Monitor production output, quality, and safety and address issues promptly.
• Prepare production performance reports.
• Oversee hands-on assembly across production lines.
• Support NPI, ramp-up, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, cross-training, and workforce development.
• Ensure ISO procedures, 5S, quality and safety standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and management to improve production efficiency.
