Job summary

Crew is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for our Data Centre operations in Singapore East. This role leads a team of Production Operators and Manufacturing Associates to meet daily targets and quality standards, coordinating with engineering and quality teams.

The position requires 2–3 years in manufacturing supervision, with a focus on lean practices, safety, and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with shift rotations and allowances provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Lead, Production Team Lead, Production Supervisor, Line Leader, or Assembly Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Production Operators and Manufacturing Associates
• Ensure daily production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
• Monitor productivity, output, and manufacturing performance
• Troubleshoot production and assembly issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance monitoring for team members
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO procedures, and work instructions
• Prepare production reports and communicate operational updates
• Support continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process enhancement initiatives
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Production teams
