Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift activities, drive production schedules, and ensure output meets productivity and quality targets.
• Manage manpower allocation, including shift coverage, leave schedules, overtime rotation, operator cross-training, and duty assignments.
• Conduct interviews, onboard operators, set performance goals, and provide orientation.
• Evaluate shop-floor workflows and recommend operational adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Execute annual employee performance reviews while enforcing company policies.
