Job summary

GSK is offering a Production System Internship in Singapore for 2027. You will work with the GPS team to apply lean tools on live projects, support CI initiatives, and contribute to 5S and standard work on site.

The role requires a full-time credit-bearing internship with progress reviews and ongoing learning. Applicants must be enrolled at a Singapore university for Jan–Jun 2027, with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or related sciences and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or other Science related disciplines.
• Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship.
• Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English.
• Internship period: January to June 2027.
• Application deadline: Rolling review; vacancy may close when enough applications.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the GSK Production System (GPS) team to apply GPS and lean tools in projects.
• Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects through data collection and analysis using Excel and developing solutions.
• Drive 5S and standard work programs on site and support GPS workshops.
• Assist in coordinating site-wide GPS workshops and KPI dashboard improvements on site.
• Support culture improvement activities such as video making and surveys.
