Job summary

GSK is offering an Operational Improvement (Value Stream 2) Internship for 2027 in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering value through Lean Six Sigma, data analytics, and digital tools while applying GMP knowledge in pharmaceutical production.

During January to June 2027, interns will contribute to projects that support new product introductions and production efficiency, with guidance from engineers and technicians. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Engineering preferred.
• Must be enrolled at a SG university for the duration of the internship and in a full-time credit-bearing internship.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma and data analytics.
• Learn GMP and Good Documentation Practices for Pharmaceutical Production.
• Support project teams in Operational/Performance Qualification and risk assessments.
• Assist engineers with day-to-day production activities and troubleshooting.
• Oversee housekeeping of consumables for kilo-scale and high potency facilities.
