Job summary

GSK in Singapore invites a Vaccines Business Area Internship for 2027. You will support operational excellence with digital tools, contribute to the deployment of the GSK Production System, and drive Lean Six-Sigma improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Engineering and full-time credit-bearing internship enrollment at a Singapore university, with fluency in English. The period runs Jan–Jun/Dec 2027, with opportunities to learn and apply Gen AI and digitalization in a biopharma

Qualifications

• Enrolled in SG university with a full-time credit-bearing internship.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with focus in chemical/biochemical/pharmaceutical fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Support operational excellence activities with automated and digital tools.
• Participate in deployment of the GSK Production System.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six-Sigma methods.
• Co-facilitate Kaizen events and workshops.
• Support PMO in driving and coordinating site programs and projects.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization and define solutions.
• Develop dashboards using Power App and Power BI.
• Organize and co-facilitate events to promote digital/Gen AI adoption.
