Job summary

GSK in Singapore is offering a Lab Productivity and Performance Internship for 2027. You will map lab processes, identify waste and propose improvements, and pilot a digital scheduling tool to capture data.

You will support green initiatives in QC labs and assist other lab projects, developing lean practices and hands-on experience. Applicants must be enrolled at a Singapore university for a full-time, credit-bearing internship and have a bachelor's in engineering, chemistry or pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry or pharmacy with interest in QC operations.
• Enrolled at a SG university for a full-time credit-bearing internship.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Map current lab process flows and identify waste to propose improvements.
• Pilot and configure an online application for data capture and scheduling.
• Support Green Lab initiatives for QC lab and office.
• Collaborate with the team on other lab projects.
