Job summary

GSK in Singapore is offering a full-time internship in Productivity Improvement for 2027. Interns will engage with primary processes in API manufacturing, drive productivity initiatives, and improve automation and digitalisation.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Pharmaceutical Engineering and possess strong communication and leadership skills. This role will develop both technical and soft skills, and transportation is provided to central MRT stations across Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a Singapore university for the duration of the internship.
• Full-time availability for a credit-bearing internship.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive productivity initiatives for Value Stream 1.
• Improve full automation control and digitalisation for new products.
• Enhance cycle time for new processes.
• Support GSK Production System maturity.
