Qualifications

• 4+ years in Production Support, Application Support, Technical Operations or similar technical role.
• Experience supporting financial trading, market data, or mission-critical platforms.
• Strong hands-on Linux/UNIX and SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Proven experience managing production incidents, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with APIs, networking, log analysis, and system monitoring tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of financial markets including equities, options, futures, FX or market data.
• Strong communication skills to work with global stakeholders in a 24/7 environment.
• Comfortable with weekend follow-the-sun shifts.

They are looking for an experienced Production Support Specialist to join their Singapore team. In this role, you will provide production support for business-critical trading and market data platforms by monitoring system health, troubleshooting technical issues, managing production incidents, and collaborating with global technology teams to ensure platform stability and service availability.

This position follows a 4-day work week with weekend coverage to provide seamless operational support and handovers across global teams to maintain 24/7 platform availability.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Production Support, Application Support, Technical Operations, or a similar technical support role.
• Experience supporting financial trading, market data, exchange, or other mission-critical platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX and SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Proven experience managing production incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and coordinating issue resolution.
• Familiarity with APIs, networking concepts, log analysis, and system monitoring tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Knowledge of financial markets, including equities, options, futures, FX, or market data

• Comfortable working a permanent weekend shift as part of a follow-the-sun global support model.
