Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a Production Support Engineer (LCD Board) to ensure smooth daily production operations at 5 Bedok South, Yokogawa Building. The role focuses on meeting quality and efficiency targets while coordinating maintenance and documentation.

You will troubleshoot equipment and processes, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with Production and Quality teams to drive continuous improvement, OEE, and yield, while supporting NPI and engineering changes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• NITEC / Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience.
• Knowledge in manufacturing system, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations (streamlining) when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.

Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm
Salary: Basic $3300 to $3700+PB+AWS+Annual Increment

Job scope:

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.

• Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
