THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer (LCD board) based in Bedok South, Singapore. The role involves supporting avionics engineering related to specifications, changes, and quality investigations.

You will perform root-cause analysis on product returns and in-process failures, conduct inspections and tests, and prepare detailed reports and repair procedures for production. Collaboration with HQ and customers is essential to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3 years related electronics failure analysis experience.
• Proficient in basic MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of electronics failure analysis and troubleshooting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support avionics engineering matters related to product technical specs and spec changes.
• Liaise with HQ and customers on product analysis to ensure quality and response times.
• Perform root-cause analysis on product returns and in-process failures.
• Conduct inspections and analytical tests per engineering specs.
• Prepare customer claims/in-process analysis reports.
• Develop repair procedures/instructions for production and monthly failure analysis reports.
• Coordinate with HQ for higher-level product analysis support.
• Maintain analysis equipment and tools in working condition.

Job description

Failure Analysis Engineer (LCD Board)

• Location: Bedok South
• Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days
• Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm
• Salary: Basic $3300 to $3700+PB+AWS+Annual Increment
• Degree Holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3 years related electronics failure analysis experience.
• Electronics Troubleshooting Knowledge
• Knowledge in manufacturing system equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.
• Basic Microsoft Excel/Words & Power-point

Job scope:

• To support Avionics engineering matters related to product technical specification, implementing specification changes, maintenance of equipment/checkers and support analysis of customers/internal quality defects.
• Liaise with HQ and customer on product analysis matters to ensure the product quality and response time meets customer requirements.
• Perform root causes analysis on product return from Customers and in-process failures.
• Conduct inspection and analytical test based on engineering specification.
• Prepare Customer Claim/In-process Analysis Report accordingly to investigation
• Prepare repair procedures/instructions for production and monthly report on failure analysis
• Liaising with HQ for support on higher level of product analysis
• Ensure analysis equipment and tools are properly maintain and in working conditions
