Job summary

THE SUPREMEHR ADVISORY PTE LTD is seeking an engineering technician to support daily production operations at Bedok South. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality and efficiency targets are met.

Qualifications include a Diploma or Degree in relevant engineering fields, or NITEC with at least 3 years’ experience. The position offers a stable full-time on-site role with competitive salary and annual increment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electronics/electrical/mechanical/mechatronics/robotics/manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
• NITEC/Higher NITEC with at least 3 years of relevant engineering experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations (streamlining) when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
• Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working Days: Mon - Fri, 5 days

Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.30pm

Salary: Basic $3300 to $3700+PB+AWS+Annual Increment

A Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Or NITEC / Higher NITEC with minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience.

Knowledge in manufacturing system, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.

Job scope:
