Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is assisting a client in Bedok South to hire a Support Engineer (LCD Board).

The role focuses on supporting daily production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency targets are met, and troubleshooting equipment/process issues. The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, or a NITEC/Higher NITEC with at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in electronics/electrical/mechanical/mechatronics/robotics/manufacturing or industrial engineering.
NITEC or Higher NITEC with at least 3 years related engineering experience.
Knowledge in manufacturing systems, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations (streamlining) when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
