Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a production supervisor to lead line leaders and operators, ensuring daily targets, quality, productivity, and yield on the fab floor.

You will conduct pass-downs, manage manpower and overtime, and uphold manufacturing and safety procedures while coaching staff to elevate performance and minimize errors. A 12-hour shift pattern (day or night) is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma and above in Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related industry.
• Experience in high-tech, high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (permanent day or night, as assigned).
