PEOPLE PROFILERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a skilled technician team in a fast-paced capital equipment manufacturing environment in Singapore. You’ll report to the Senior Manager and drive safe, high-quality, on-time production.

You will oversee shift execution, plan resources, monitor progress, and push Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives while ensuring smooth handovers and continuous improvement across the production line.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Lean or continuous improvement projects is preferred.

• 5+ years in a technical role in semicon, aviation, or manufacturing
• 3+ years supervising skilled technicians
• Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Track record in Lean or continuous improvement projects
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (4/3/4/3)
